Wayne and Jeff,
     The companies negotiate different rates with everybody,and like cheap 
employers,two people doing the same job in the same place get different 
rates,because one was better at negotiating,hence,:DO NOT TELL ANYBODY WHAT 
WE PAY YOU"!
