[TechAssist] hitachi model 50ux15k syn bad when cold

W would someone have a idea or tip on this Hitachi model50ux15k. When it
is first turned on and cold the sync is verybad more vert roll then horiz.
Ihave checked every thing in the vert circuit, even changing the IC. I think
it may be in the pip circuit? It is the cust home, I want to try and fix it
