Joel,

As the members directory gets too large, I move the files over into the 
archives, while deleting duplicates.
To find out if the manual is in the archives, go to the Tech-Assist home 
page, and enter your model number in the search box which is near the 
top of the page.
If it's there, you'll be taken to a link which will e-mail your request 
to us. Then, I'll reply with a download link, and a username / password.
