[TechAssist] help with Sanyo TV/dog? model ds31820

Hi All,
Man I'm getting these dogs recently.
I have a Sanyo DS31820 that came in with a hole through the vert output ic.
Put a new one in, LA7847, along with C406,C503, and D461. Now I have lack of
total vert deflection. I have foldover and only about 8" of deflection.
Everything else seems to check ok. Is there a Cap or something I'm missing like
the
Toshiba red caps?
