Hi Roy check this out  Eric

        CF36G40         Dead set, R883 smoked.          B+ present, no fuses 
blown. 
Relay clicks, but no horizontal drive. Circuit path on 25 volt line has 
a factory break, (looks like a circle with a void in the middle). They 
use a ball of solder to bridge the void. One end lifts off the pad. 
Resolder
