[TechAssist] help on a Curtis mathes/daewoo cm27101s / cn-011

Hi.
I have one of these in the shop. Came in dead.
Open fuse caused by a shorted C802/330m/200v
Now it has a small raster
I have 156v across the cap c804 but I have 110v on the Flyback b+
We do not have a drawing.
Any cures?
