Hello Gentleman
I have two wonder vcr's with the same problem
playback is fine with a pre recorded picture but a recorded tape is
noisy
I thought it ma have been the upper cylinder but it's not
Repair world say's c3023 unfortunately I could not find a c3023
I stripped it from top to bottom
I know you can replace these easily but the customers likes these two
machines
and the cust is always right (so they think)
