[TechAssist] fix Sylvania (Magnavox) SWR4620, PTV520-AH01 fly removal?

Replaced  shorted Q906
(2sd1556, not sure if it's proper designation is "deflection" or "HOT"),
Open R934 (.33 ohm) and fly (4835-1406-7128).
I noticed a leaking lytic on the top edge of the same defl board: C827
(1000/25V).
Replaced cap , fired  up set with good picture, except I will replace the fluid
in two CRTs to complete the job.
