[TechAssist] emerson vcr3002 dead

hey guys,
i have an emerson vcr model vcr3002, dead, all power supply voltages look ok
on the power supply, power led lights, but no other activity, no disp, no
response when you try to load a tape, dont have a print any suggestiuons?
