[TechAssist] electrical instrument calibration

Hello all,
I have a friend whos son wants to apply for a job in a water reclamation plant.
Part of the job description says must be experienced in "electrical instrument
calibration". I'm not sure what this means when asked by the young job seeker.
Maybe someone on the list may have an idea and just what instruments are
involved in electrical calibration.
