Are you saying all you get is snow?
If you have 32v at the tuner, I would suspect faulty tuner.
www.tiptoptuner.com sells rebuilt tuners for $27 after you send yours to them.

Hi guys
model ds25530 1995 sanyo tv has audio hiss,display but no video or tuner audio.
I have no clock or data
voltage in the tuner. I have my 32 volts at tu pin and 7 volts at the agc pin.
I dont have the schematic.
Can anyone tell me the pin out for clock and data going out of micro? also my
control panel in the front
of the tv set works .I can use the volume up or down and also the channel
changes.any help will ge greatly
