Hello Everyone.
I am working on a ctc203ax. There is no data activity on micro. 5volts
is present,the 4mhz crystal is running. I shorted Q104 c to e to force u
104 on. With pins 3&4 lifted on micro I get the 5 volts on lines 3 &4
to micro. When re-soldered, voltage drops to less than 1v. I also have
5v on pin 8 of u 102. I suspect the micro is bad. Any advice would be
