[TechAssist] Re: computer works on DSL internet but not Rogers cable internet [UPDATE]

No router involved here. The router I mentioned was on a previous job
that went ok. I did unplug the cable modem a number of times to reset
but that didn't help. As soon as I used a D-Link network card, the
internet was operational without any further adjustments to any
settings.
