[TechAssist] automatic email sorting with Outlook Express

I would like for all my many techassist emails to automatically go into a
"tech" email folder I made, my other emails to certain folders. I remember a
friend used Eudora for that. Is there a way to set up O.E. to do this or must I
perform it manually?
