[TechAssist] anyone have a phone number for circuit city warranties?

Hi all. I need to get ahold of Circuit City's warranty/billing dept. I was
given #800-207-3720 #1209 but "the person is on the phone" all the time and
does
not return the calls. Anyone there have an active number?I have a question
about billing.
