[TechAssist] Zenith ss2045w 9-1118.hv stays on when set is off

No on-off relay used on this one.Have replaced the 100uf and the 22uf in the
SMPS and esred other caps.
At plug in one hears the deguse relay and HV comes up and stays on ( crt
fills lit) push power button pix and sound comes on normal.Try to turn set
off- pix and sound goes away and HV is at full power, no print
does someone have a flowchart or print on the on/off circuit or tips?tia
