[TechAssist] Zenith projo looses convergence pulses

I am working on a Zenith projo that begins to pulse with loss of convergence
correction after it has been on about 15 minutes. I have replaced the 9-1302-7
deflection and the 9-1318-2a convergence board with no results. Anyone seen
this? Weird!
