Buck,

 These sets are famous for leaks.....there is a kit from Zenith which
handles the problem.  Call them for a repair kit ( should be free!
888-393-6484.   A far as the shorted H- output fix.  Hv block & fly are prob
OK.  Inspect the CRT drive boards for burnt parts & shorted resistors.

All Three Tubes Came On

Check R3244 / 8.2k And R3243 / 110k Both 1/2 Watts On 9-1978 Module

These are funky sets to work on.........kind of a bad place to start with on
projo's.  Fix the sweep module....contain the leaks & you should be all set.
