[TechAssist] Zenith module# 9-1426 power supply problem

This unit came in with horizonal retrace lines and no video, Checked video
out transistors on crt board and found only 12vdc on collector.
replaced rx3277/2.7ohm 1/2 watt resistor. This took care of the problem. The
set works fine exept for squeel coming from qx3401 when set is in stanby. I
checked all caps in this caps in this curcuit, all are fine. Anyone know
what might be causing this device to squeel?
