Hi all,

This is a commercial TV and I need to get into the user menu. I was hoping 
there was a master remote with a menu button but no such luck unless tritronics 
gave me the wrong one. I have number 124-213-18. I need to get into the menu to 
check if the tuner was set to cable and if it is set to str,hrc,irc. 

I guess I am asking if this set has a user menu or are all of these settings 
done in the servicer menu? I may have a bad tuner and want to check the 
settings before I get one.
