You have to use proper terminology..by display, I think of the LED display 
perhaps on a set...
I am assuming you mean the "video" is dark...

Thank you for the docs. Yes, the display is very dark, but OSD is bright, so I 
doubt the FBT. It's 15min
until close, so I'll have to get back into it tomorrow.
