=3E Hi Guys=2C This Z52Z95D has the 9-1674 sweep and 9-1690 converg board=

=3E complaint was no video has sound=2C
=3E replaced the 9-1674 module=2C set came up fine=2C but video was not =
=3E good=2C when
=3E the weather channel=2C CNN=2C etc=2E
=3E puts up letters there is a green haze around the letters=2C put up th=
e
=3E customers cross hatch and the red =26 blue
=3E horizontal is missing (from top of screen to bottom) the green is =
=3E there=2C all
=3E 3 colors are there vertically(left to right)
=3E pulled R3243 behind the horiz=2E heatsink the 110K and R3244 the 82K =
=3E as this
=3E is a known failure for the horiz=2E
=3E convergence bars missing=2C they are both good out of circuit=2C =
=3E looked into the
=3E lenses and the red video is smeared/
=3E washed out looking=2C this does not show up on the screen=3F=3F spray=
ed =
=3E R5102 with
=3E freeze mist and red crt went blank=2C
=3E sprayed same resistor on green crt board and green blanked out=2C I =
=3E did not
=3E have 110K 1/2 watts with me so couldn=60t
=3E change them=2C before I could go out there today and replace them the=
=3E customer called and said the set has
=3E again failed with same problem=2C no video has sound=2C he shuts off =
=3E set for 1/2
=3E hour and set runs normally for 45 minutes
=3E then loses video again=2E This is the third time in 1 month that I =

=3E similiar symptoms with the 1674/1690
=3E combination of boards=2C convergence goes out=2C replace the 1690=2C =
set =
=3E runs 24
=3E hours and convergence fails again=2C
=3E or no video/dead set=2C replace 1674 set runs for 1-2 days and =
=3E repeats the
=3E failure=2C if I replace both boards at the
=3E same time I=60m not getting the re-call=2C this is killing my bottom =
=3E line with
=3E all these freebie return calls=2C is anyone else
