[TechAssist] Zenith TV Mod# A25A11D, Module# 9-1790, Sams#4051

The above TV came with a black pix.  Menu is fine,
High voltage is fine, Audio is fine but no Raster.  I replaced EEPROM and
had no luck.
I checked data and clock pins from the tuner to see if the were shorted,
but they weren't.
