Actually, I had not changed nor checked R3219 near the yoke connector because I thought that that resistor was another one that I was misreading the number on from the back of the board. Your description clued me in to that mistake. After replacing this one I get normal OSD and a picture but I cannot get any effect from the green controls in the service menu to balance the color.
