Yes, a very common problem. For any video problem on the C11 chassis, it
may be no tuner video or no external video or an intermittent combination of
these, always suspect IC6003 in the power supply. It is a TDA8137. I am not
sure how to check these except by substitution. Of course on any Zenith
always check for bad solder on the main board and on the connectors to the
PIP module. Let me know if it works, John.
