Yes, this is a common problem in the Zenith 25-27" sets from 1992-98. They either short, open, or arc. I had another shop-rebuilt module almost identical, and swapped her's out with mine. After a time, same symptom. Unplugged CRT,let cool while the set was still on, came in good pix. When it works, looks nice. Must be an internal G2 screen grid opening, because rapping the neck does nothing. Well now I have two modules rebuilt...
