Thanks John and Phil for your suggestions. This afternoon I esr'ed a bunch
of capacitors and replaced about 8 that were open or high esr but the
problem remains. IC1200 the video processor
is runnung pretty hot. I don't know if this is normal but Tritronics lists
it as NLA with a generic sub availible. At this point I am going to have to
cut my losses and estimate a rebuilt board so I can get on to other
estimates.
