[TechAssist] Zenith SJ2775BG, Power Relay pulses on-off

Main Module: 9-1054-1
Sweep Module: 9-0192
Symptom: Power relay pulses on and off. There does not appear to be any high
voltage buildup. Have checked electrolytic capacitors, horizontal output
transistor, rang flyback. All check OK. Power supply measures 130 Volts DC.
Any tips or a schematic would be appreciated. Thanks.
