Power on voltages
Keyboard input pin8 IC6003 1.5VAC  key pressed
Power on signal pin38 IC6003   on 0V/off 5V
12VSW @ Q3403 Collector
15VSW @ Q3440 Collector
9VSW  @ CR4122 Anode
8VSW  @ CR4122 Cathode
SW voltages should be 0V when off
