[TechAssist] Zenith SG2589W No power up

Zenith Model SG2589W Module# 9-958
This unit wont power up, standby 5v is present and have 136 at collector of
HOT, vcc at vertical is ok. Checked all caps in power primary and high
voltage curcuit all are ok. checked resistors near and around fly.
Any idea's?
