Bob,
Pin 8S4 was missing 39v..
I found IC801 shorted, 221-177...still available...
I checked the resistors and capacitors and they checked OK..
I will post the results after replacing this IC.

Jeff,
       Check the caps in the center of the SMPS 9-604 all 100uf I think,
don't miss the small 100 also hiding within the large ones.. 9-765 is base
stereo amp board.. 8S4 pins not marked on print but +39 center pin.. 9-701
IF/AUDIO 1F3 +26  +12 SW... GND +12  SB....... 8P1  n/c +36 gnd.. Probably
those caps in the power supply as both amps normally would fail at the same
time..or all 5 speakers...I assume when you say no sound its completely.....
no clicks hiss or noise. If u need more help let me know..
