[TechAssist] Zenith SE2715H 9-731 Main Module

I have a zenith that the brightness comes and goes ( almost flashing ) when
it is turned up high I have checked and ESRed all the caps in the SMPS and
the main module. Don't know where else to start on this one.
Picture is good if brightness is about half normal.
Any help appreciated.
