[TechAssist] Zenith Projo Z52Z95D8 Picture has Flashing Spells, OSD doesn't display while flashing.

This Zenith projection Z52Z95D8 is a call back. Original problem
was dead. Replaced fly, H.O.T., B+ diode. Took it home last week.
According to the customer, it is now flickering or flashing. At times just
occasionally, now it is doing it more often, sometimes so bad that you
can't see the picture. When it is acting up, they can't access the OSD.
Going to look at it next week so I thought maybe someone has seen this
before and can give me a clue as to what might be the problem.
