[TechAssist] Zenith PV4661H Manual

Does anyone have this Manual? The problem is no turn on. I checked all fuses
, all were OK. The SMPS is working. I changed the caps on the SMPS and
checked the High Voltage board. It seems to me like no 5V supply but I have
no Idea where to look for the regulator and also need to know if the power
supply is running correctly. This set is 14yrs old but it's my friends.
