[TechAssist] Zenith PTV board fixes (9-1978,9-1302,9-1674)

These are all similar.Talking to Kevin at Tritronics (1-800-638-3328) we
have devised a "kit" of parts that will fix 99% of the mentioned boards.
Fly: use 95-4134-15REP ($15)
Diode: CRX3412 103-417-06
HOT transistor QX3200 121-1167-01
And always change the HV splitter A17196-12REP ($69.95)
The fly and splitter are Tri-Tronics generacs but they are very good
quality. I cannot tell from the originals. I rebuilt a 9-1978-01 using
these parts, installed the HV splitter,and the PTV has been up running
good for several days now.
