Hello. C5107M is a .001 capacitor, no voltage given. It does not look like it could change the color of the screen, it is in the base of the spot-killer switch. You may have another resistor that is open making the pix too green or if it is only slightly green I have added 1K surface-mount resistors in parallel with the emitter resistor of the weakest color, in other words in paralled with R5106, R5104,or R5105.The circuit board already has places for these added resistors to be soldered in.
