[TechAssist] Zenith IQC50H94W Low (Almost No) brightness

Hello:
I have a Zenith 50" PTV (HD Monitor type) in my shop, Model # IQC50H94W. The
sticker on the TV LOOKs like it says Chassis # ZP04 (DOP 9/2000) However,
based on Inet searches, I come up with a CORRECT? chassis # of "ZP94 or ZP95.
2000 Manual Series: PV152"
Does anyone have service data on this Model/Chassis? (Couldn't find on the TA
site"
The set is working fine except I have to turn the Screen Controls up ALL THE
WAY to barely see the menus.
Any ideas? ABL problem?
