Hello.  Camera port (camport) refers to the front AV jacks.  If you are sure
there is no short on the video line, then check the zener diodes that are on
those lines to ground on the main module for a short.  Pin 10 of the micro
should be 3.3v, if low (near ground), then you have a short.  Try plugging a
video source into the front and rear AV jacks to see if they are active.
