[TechAssist] Zenith D60WLCD How to get into service menu?

Zenith D60WLCD The set came out of the box with the green drive low. The
schematics tell you to push in/start on the remote to enter the service
menu. There is no button like this on the remote and it does not mention a
thing about it needing a service remote (which I have to assume I need) Can
anyone help with a part number for the remote (if necessary) or directions
to get into the service menu
