[TechAssist] Zenith C27V36 multi problems

Went on a call for a Zenith C27V36 that was dead ( in shut down) replaced
defective flyback , now set has erratic functions no tuning or front panel
control or remote control. found no clk or data lines to EPROM. I
disconnected the EPROM and clk and data returned. I think I have a defective
EPROM, anyone encounter this problem on this set.
