[TechAssist] Zenith B25A02Z tuner problem

Hey gang,
I picked up this tv, when you auto program off air channels it only picks up
UHF no VHF.
If manual select a VHF channel only snow. If you Autoprogram in CABLE mode it
picks up VHF and 1 UHF (channel 21) on 57.
I suspect a faulty tuner 175-2771 but leaning toward the eeprom. Anyone else
have clue?
