[TechAssist] Zenith A27A11D Regulation Issues

Make : Zenith
Model : A27A11D
Module : 9-1791-01
Problem : Width shrinks and top folds over intermittently , Regulated 125V
supply get dragged down when this happens. Rebuilt the SMPS(Cx3413, &
Cx3416 & the STR53041 & Qx3401) and problem still exists.
I'm betting the flyback flaky ( surprise?)
Anyone had this issue before and resolved it?
