Hi,     I just had an A27a11D leave my shop ( used an A27B33W schematic as a 
reference to repair) off of pin 2 of the regulator is a 180K ohm resistor check 
for open. You may also check Cx3413(22uF63V)& Dx3409.  Hope you get lucky.
