[TechAssist] Zenith 9-1330 no-pic/buzz thru speaker/reg hot

this TV turns on,no picture-loud buzz through speakers..regulator gets
extremely hot fast...changed it=no difference=hot ok all diodes check
ok..has anybody seen this? Any help greatly appreciated -- Tony
