Most of the major search engines comply with the robots exclusion standard.
www.tech-assist.org does not have a robots.txt file.
www.tech-assist.org/robots.txt
The following pure text file named robots.txt, in lower case, could be used,
placed in the www root, and most search engines will then stay out of the
site:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /
