[TechAssist] Re: What do you charge?

The customer pays for you to answer the phone??? Which one, the customer on
your bench or the customer on the phone? If the customer on the phone pays
for info, what do you do to collect?

This is an interesting topic since I spend a large portion of the day
interupting my work to answer questions over the phone. Usually for people
who never bought anything from us in the first place. I have often wished we
had a 900 number for phone down time.
