Ken;This is a DAEWOO cloneCHASS#CN2001,Mod#DTQ26,27,29S1FCN
Change C404 =1ufd/160v,it's open probably.Replace with a 3.3/250V with 105
degree C. check at D403=TP10 for 103vdc which should always be there.This
tells you your power supply is working.If not check R805&R806 in power
supply.ALSO a good idea to check all 800 series transistors in
supply...hth...Don of HARTS-TVCR
