Willie:

              Yes, just now. They all read the Same DC wise, about 4.9V Or
so. The IC Itself seems unusually HOT though. Cooling it With Freeze didnt
change anything though. I cant see what the Main V. Reg IC is suppose to be
(ICX3431) - but here are the Voltages on it:

Pin 1) -117VDC
Pin 2) -75VDC
Pin 3) +75VDC
Pin 4) -75VDC
Pin 5) -110VDC  (Makes Oscillation when Meter probe Touches it)

I have no idea what kind of STR this one is. Just about all the IC's on this
Chassis seem to be running hotter than usual - so I thought maybe their VCC
was higher (or lower) than usual Possibly from the STR?
