[TechAssist] VCR Chassis in Toshiba & GO-Video ID

Toshiba W-603 VCR and Go-Video VCR Model GV-6025.
Started with the Toshiba - load/eject problems, shuts down, FF/REW probs.
Then opened Go-Video SAME mechanism; similar problems -
deck 1. Deck 2 apparently ok.
No book on either - trying to ID maker of deck. Is it Daewoo??
Alignment looks ok; mode switch is on main ckt board.
Tape guide load works ok. Tension on supply reel may be high.
Do not know where to go on these.
