Larry, you don't just need "keywords", you need specific keywords, keyword phrases, and the keywords meta tag must confirm to specific lengths. You also must have a title and description meta tag. Neither should have any punctuation within them for best results and both should have as many of your keywords and keyword phrases within them as possible. The title and description tags must also be within certain limits. Most of the search engines now aren't paying much attention to the keywords tag, they are looking more at the title tag and frequency of words within the HTML page body that visitors see. If you need more info, feel free to contact me off list. -Clint God Bless Us All Clint Hamilton, Owner http://OrpheusComputing.com © http://Computer-Hardware-Sales-Consumer-Electronics-Sales.com sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fax: 775-254-3030 4orpheus@xxxxxxxxxxxxx (alternates) orpheuscomputing@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (PLEASE include ALL previous correspondence if replying to this email or you will not receive a reply!!) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Larry E." <videotech@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, May 11, 2002 8:05 PM Subject: [TechAssist] Re: Used parts web-site > Mark, hardest part is to get the local guys to sell me their junker > sets, I thought it would be the easiest part of > the whole process and it`s turned out to be the hardest part.
